Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments, booking amounts, and service fees are handled by The Grand Moments. By booking our photography or videography services, you agree to the conditions described below.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the advance payment or booking fee has been received. This amount is reserved exclusively for your event date and ensures our availability and preparation for your shoot.

Cancellation by Client

If you cancel your booking, the advance payment will generally be non-refundable because the date is blocked exclusively for you and other inquiries are declined. If cancellation occurs well in advance and we are able to secure another booking for the same date, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. You may request to reschedule your shoot based on our availability. If the new date is available, your booking amount will be adjusted to the rescheduled date without additional charges. However, repeated changes or last-minute rescheduling may incur additional fees.

Cancellation by The Grand Moments

In rare circumstances such as emergencies, illness, natural events, or situations beyond our control, we may be unable to provide services on the scheduled date. In such cases, we will either arrange a suitable replacement photographer or provide a full refund of the booking amount.

Refunds After Service Delivery

Once the photography or videography service has been completed and the work delivered, no refunds will be issued. Creative services are subjective in nature, and booking confirms acceptance of our style, portfolio, and editing approach.

Editing and Delivery

Minor adjustments may be accommodated if requested within a reasonable time after delivery. However, full re-editing or style changes beyond the original agreement may involve additional charges and are not grounds for a refund.

Digital Products

All delivered images, videos, and albums are considered final products. Due to the digital nature of the files, they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

Payment Disputes

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first will be treated as a breach of agreement. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns so we can resolve issues professionally.
